OXFORDSHIRE County Council us aiming to lead the way in the fight against climate change as part of its budget proposals for 2007/08.
The council’s cabinet has recommended a 4% council tax rise for the new financial year. The council had originally been planning a 4.25% rise. A meeting of the council will make a final decision on 13 February.
