A court heard today how the boss of a former receptionist at a hair clinic in Thame deducted two hours from her time sheet, for a massage during which he allegedly sexually assaulted her.
The woman was giving evidence in the trial of Praminder Mankoo, who denies 11 sexual offences against women, whilst practicing as a trichologist.

The witness said that Mankoo repeadedly asked her if she “wanted to see is little friend” while massaging her head, neck and shoulders, and that she felt him touch her breasts inappriately. She asked him to stop, “umpteen times” she said, because she did not like it. She told him: “I am not going to have sex with you,” to which, she said, he replied: “Have I asked you to have sex with me?”

Defending Counsel, Christine Agnew, told the witness that she suggested that at no time did Mr Mankoo touch her breasts, that he did not mention “his little friend.”
“At no stage did he touch your breasts,” she added, “and you did not mention that you had been abused as a child.” (the witness had earlier told the court that she had told Mankoo this just to try to get him to stop.)

Mankoo told a police officer in an interview that was read out in court today, about his method of treatment.
“My approach is unique,” he said. “I have adapted the procedures because of my experience.”

When interviewed, the court learned, Mankoo denied the allegations of an earlier witness, that he had forced her to perform a sex act on him, saying that it was consensual and not premeditated.
” She asked me to get infront of her and kneel down,” he said. She mas…….ed me and invited me to lay on top of her for intercourse. I said I couldn’t do that.”

“It was a stupid thing to have happened and I am shocked that she is doing this.”

The trial continues on Monday at Oxford Crown Court.
