THE final result of the poll held by Thame Town Council on the preferred site for 530 new homes allocated for the town, is now in.
Of the 573 residents whose votes were counted (any voting slips without a name or postcode were discounted), 308 voted for site D and 265 for the town council’s preferred option, site F.
The town council has now subitted its full response to the consultation carried out throughout October to South Oxfordshire District Council.
