PROPOSED changes to the operation of Thame carparks owned by South Oxfordshire District Council, will soon be introduced if the council’s Cabinet gives the go-ahead.
The changes will affect charges in the Cattlemarket car park and that behind the Co-op store in Southern Road, and will mean that a ticket will have to be displayed, even for the first, free hour.
