A THAME man has been banned from driving after admitting that he drove a vehicle while unfit through drugs.
Richard O?Connell, 23, of Churchill Crescent, Thame, admitted the offence which took place at Kingston Hill, Kingston Blount, Chinnor, on March 25.
He was given an 18-month driving ban, fined
